Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Production Lead Times

Because the majority of our products are customizable or made-to-order, our total fulfillment preparation time is broken down as follows:

  • Standard In-Stock Items: Processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Require a specialized production lead time of 5-15 business days before they are ready for delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once production is complete, estimated delivery times within the Calgary area are 5-15 business days.

If there is any delay due to inventory or logistics issues, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

Delivery time estimates do not include processing or production time.

Please note: We currently only service and deliver to addresses within our designated Calgary local delivery zones. Shipping is unavailable outside of this region.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping to your home will be charged at a flat rate of $150

Delivery fees are fully calculated and locked in at checkout based on your delivery address. No additional delivery fees will be applied after purchase.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to wrong address information provided by the customer

If you need to update your address, please contact us before the order is shipped.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • Your order number

We will assist you with replacements or solutions based on the situation. 

If there is a delay in shipping, we will reach out with new shipping information.
