Returns

If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. 


All return requests must be submitted through customer support so we can verify your order information and provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for any eligible returns.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping and delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unless damaged upon arrival.

  • Customized or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return
